JUDGMENT
4. I have spoken with respondent no.2 in Hindi and it is stated by her (ORAL)
1. The petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 205/2024 of Police Station Dabri for offence under Section 498A/509/34 IPC on the basis of settlement recorded at Delhi Mediation Centre, Dwarka on 18.11.2024.
2. State has no objection to this petition.
3. The respondent no.2 is present in court today and is identified by IO/SI Monu Kumari. Date: 2026.07.06 17:23:54 +05'30' CRL.M.C. 4546/2026 pages that she has compromised all disputes with the petitioners. It is stated by respondent no.2 that since November 2024, she is living with the petitioners happily and has no complaint against any of them. Under these circumstances, respondent no.2 submits that she does not wish to continue prosecution of petitioners.
5. Having spoken with respondent no.2, I am satisfied that it would be in the interest of justice not to push the parties through a full dress trial.
6. Therefore, the petition is allowed and FIR No. 205/2024 of Police Station Dabri for offence under Section 498A/509/34 IPC as well as proceedings arising out of the same are quashed. Pending application also stands disposed of.
