JUDGMENT
1. This is a petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for setting aside the impugned arbitral award dated 23.02.2026 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator.
2. At the outset, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to file it before the appropriate Court within a week.
3. Leave and liberty is granted.
4. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
