JUDGMENT
1. This is an application filed under section 151 Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking withdrawal of the section 34 petition of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996[1] in OMP (COMM) 43/2025.
2. Mr. Bikash Mohanty, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the parties have reached an amicable settlement under “Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme-III”. “the Act” hereinafter O.M.P. (COMM) 43/2025
3. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present application is allowed.
4. Accordingly, the present petition along with pending application(s), if any, is disposed of as withdrawn.
5. The next date i.e. 05.08.2026 stands cancelled.
