JUDGMENT
1. As the issue in question stands covered in favour of the respondent by the judgments of this Court in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. v Pardeep Singh[1], NDMC v Sudha Sharma[2], UOI v S.P. 2023 (3) LLJ 404 W.P.(C) 13581/2024 Kaur[8], Jasbir Singh v UOI[9], Jagir Kaur v UOI10, Chhotu Ram Yadav v State of Haryana11 and Manish Kumar v UOI12, Mr. Sunder Khatri, learned ASC appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, does not press this writ petition.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. Let the judgment of the Tribunal be implemented within a period of four weeks from today.
3. There shall be no orders as to costs.
