1. Mrs. Avnish Ahlawat, learned Standing Counsel for the petitioners, after some hearing, seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition as she intends to move to the Central Administrative Tribunal[1] by moving an appropriate proceedings, to point out before the Tribunal that the order of which execution was sought in MA 591/2024 already stood complied with and thus, therefore, the statement made by learned Counsel as recorded in para 4 of the order was perhaps inadvertent. “the Tribunal” hereinafter W.P.(C) 8661/2026

2. Restricted to this aspect, the petitioners are given permission to re-approach the Tribunal.

3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

4. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of Mrs. Ahlawat’s submission.
