1. Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 680/2019 of PS Khajuri Khas for offence under Section 498A/406/323/34 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners.

3. The respondent no.2 is present in court today and is identified by IO/ASI Praveen Kumar.
4. I have spoken with respondent no.2 in Hindi and it is stated by her that she has compromised all disputes with the petitioners. It is stated by respondent no.2 that since the year 2021, she is living with the petitioners happily and has no complaint against any of them. It is also stated by respondent no.2 that one daughter was born from her wedlock with petitioner no.1 and that daughter is living happily with them. Under these circumstances, respondent no.2 submits that she does not wish to continue prosecution of petitioners.
5. Having spoken with respondent no.2, I am satisfied that it would be in the interest of justice not to push the parties through a full dress trial.
6. Therefore, the petition is allowed and FIR No. 680/2019 of PS Khajuri Khas for offence under Section 498A/406/323/34 IPC as well as proceedings arising out of the same are quashed. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
