JUDGMENT
1. Mr. Gaurav Dhingra, learned Panel Counsel for the petitioners, very fairly points out that the judgment of this Court in WP(C) 1093/2025[1], on which the Central Administrative Tribunal[2] has relied in the impugned judgment dated 18 February 2025 stands affirmed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court by order dated 14 May 2026 in SLP(C) 27365/2025.
2. Accordingly, as the law on which the Tribunal has relied has received the imprimatur of the Supreme Court, we decline to interfere Govt. of NCT of Delhi v. Ruchi “the Tribunal” hereinafter W.P.(C) 8498/2026 in this writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed.
