JUDGMENT
1. Mr. Shashank Dixit, learned CGSC appearing for the petitioners submits that the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal[1] already stands complied with and a compliance affidavit has also been filed before the Tribunal and that, therefore, the issue in this writ petition has been effectively become academic.
2. As it is settled that the Court does not issue academic writs. As such, keeping the question of law involved in this case open for an appropriate case, the writ petition is disposed of.
