JUDGMENT
1. Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that, as the dispute between the parties stands amicably resolved with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the present appeal does not survive for consideration and is accordingly disposed of.
2. Settlement Agreement dated 20 January 2026 is also on record. In view thereof, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement.
