JUDGMENT
1. As per the last order dated 06.04.2026, the matter was adjourned pending the decision of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh in W.P. 32836/2025.
2. Today, it has been informed by the learned Counsel for the Decree Holder that by order dated 11.02.2026 in W.P. 32836/2025, the arbitral award dated 20.07.2025 has been set aside and the matter has been remanded to Andhra Pradesh Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council.
3. In view thereof, since nothing survives in the present enforcement proceedings, learned Counsel for the Decree Holder seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it again as and when situation arises. OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 14/2026
4. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
