JUDGMENT
1. The present matter was adjourned sine die since the resolution plan of the Judgment Debtor-Company was pending consideration before the NCLT, with liberty to seek revival.
2. On a perusal of the record, it also appears that the stamp duty on the award is insufficient.
3. In terms of the Minutes of the Case Flow Management Committee regarding revival of sine die matters, the case was again taken up for consideration on 25.02.2026. However, no one appeared on behalf of the parties.
4. It further emerges from the record that no one appeared for the parties on 11.03.2026 and 19.03.2026 as well.
5. Therefore, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution, OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 47/2019 with liberty to the parties to seek restoration in accordance with law.
