JUDGMENT
1. By this application, the petitioners Union of India seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition as it submits that they would be moving a review application before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
2. Accordingly, the leave is granted as sought.
3. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. W.P.(C) 5941/2026
4. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on whether such a review application would lie, and if it does, and the merit thereof.
5. As and when such an application is filed, the Tribunal would take a call thereon.
