JUDGMENT

1. Respondent / Kulwant Rai had been convicted vide Judgment dated 05.01.2026, under Section 489C IPC in RC No.220/2012/E0019/EOU- V/EO-II, New Delhi.

2. Today, vide separate Order on Sentence / Judgement dated 16.07.2026, he has been sentenced for offence under Section 489C IPC to undergo sentence already undergone and fine of Rs.1,000/-, which may be deposited with the Jail Superintendent.

3. Accordinlgy, Respondent / Kulwant Rai be released in compliance of Order on Sentence, in the aforesaid terms forthwith, in RC No.220/2012/E0019/EOU-V/EO-II.

4. Copy of Order be given dasti.
