JUDGMENT
1. At the outset, in furtherance of the last order, adequate stamp duty has been deposited by the Decree Holder.
2. The present application has been filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking release of the decretal amount.
3. It is made out from the application that the Judgment Debtors have deposited the decretal amount of Rs.6,96,44,570/- before the
4. Learned Counsel for Judgment Debtors does not object to the instant application.
5. Accordingly, the Decree Holder is permitted to withdraw the same.
6. The Registry is directed to release the said amount after satisfaction/compliance of the necessary formalities including verification of the identity of the Decree Holder.
7. Accordingly, the application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
