JUDGMENT

1. After advancing certain arguments, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

2. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. It is clarified that the petitioner shall be at liberty to urge all the contentions raised in the present petition before the learned Arbitrator, who shall consider the same in accordance with law.

3. The learned Arbitrator is requested to avoid any further adjournment, save for compelling reasons, and to make every endeavour to conclude the matter as expeditiously as possible.
