JUDGMENT
1. After some hearing, Mr. Raktim Gogoi, learned CGSC for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners would comply with the order of the Tribunal and reconsider the case of the respondent keeping in view the principles contained in Avtar Singh v. Union of India[1] and other applicable decisions on that point.
2. The petitioners would also be required to take note of the decisions rendered by this Court in Manish Singh v. GNCTD[2] and
3. We direct the petitioners to take a de novo decision within a period of eight weeks from today.
4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
