JUDGMENT
1. Petitioner seeks protection of his life, liberty, privacy and dignity and that of his family from continuing harassment and unlawful entry into his house by police officials, arrayed as respondents no. 2-4.
2. Learned ASC appearing with SI Rajnish at the outset submits that the present petition is complete abuse of process insofar as the official Date: 2026.07.23 17:14:24 +05'30' W.P.(CRL) 2153/2026 pages respondents have been visiting only the petitioner and not his family members, because the official respondents have been directed to execute bailable warrants issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Calcutta. Learned ASC has shown me the original warrants of arrest, which were received by the present respondent no.2 on 03.07.2026.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner assures that petitioner shall appear before the court of Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Calcutta on 28.07.2026 without failure. It is also submitted by learned counsel that the bailable warrants be deemed to have been executed today on the petitioner.
4. On the other hand, learned ASC assures that there is no occasion for any of the official respondents to harass any family member of petitioner in any manner, whatsoever.
5. Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid, the petition and the accompanying application stand disposed of.
