JUDGMENT
1. The present petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 24th November, 2025 passed in W.P.(C) 14624/2025, titled as Breejesh Nirula Versus Union of India & Ors., which reads as under:

Learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2, i.e., Union of India through Ministry of Corporate Affairs, as well as Registrar of Companies, draws the attention of this Court to the Compliance Affidavit dated 20th July, 2026, filed on their behalf. The relevant portions of the said Compliance Affidavit, reads as under:
3. This Court also takes note of the order dated 22nd January, 2026, issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, which reads as under:./
4. Perusal of the aforesaid order clearly shows that the directions passed by Court, vide order dated 24th November, 2025 in W.P.(C) 14624/2025, to consider the complaint/representation of the petitioner, has been duly complied with.
5. The Central Government has already issued a recommendation for Investigation under Section 210 of the Companies Act, 2013 (“Companies Act”). Further, report in the matter has already been sent by the Registrar of Companies to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, under Sections 210 and 212 of the Companies Act.
6. This Court also takes note of the submissions made by learned counsel for the Union of India, that in view of the scale of the investigation, the said investigation normally takes approximately one year to conclude.
7. Noting the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court in the present proceedings.
8. Needless to state, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any non-action on the part of the respondent, the petitioner would have liberty to revive the present proceedings.
