JUDGMENT
1. The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the orders dated 23rd March, 2026 and 29th May, 2026, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 3673/2026.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that despite the clear and unambiguous time bound directions, the respondent has wilfully failed to comply with the same.
3. He, thus, submits that the representation dated 13th May, 2025, made on behalf of the petitioner remains undecided, and to the best of petitioner’s knowledge, no committee has been constituted for the said purpose so far.
4. It is to be noted that the said representation has been made by the petitioner against the Notification dated 29th December, 2023, titled as “Post-Graduate Medical Education Regulations, 2023 or PGMER-23”, to the extent that it disqualified the persons holding the degree of Doctor of Medicine (“MD”) in Biochemistry from pursuing the super-speciality course of MD in Endocrinology.
5. Per contra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has handed over to this Court an Office Order dated 22nd July, 2026, issued by the National Medical Commission, Post Graduate Medical Education Board, Government of India, which reads as under:

By referring to the aforesaid, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the sub-committee, which has been constituted, shall consider the representation of the petitioner and shall submit its recommendation, within a period of sixty (60) days of issuance of the said Office Order.
7. Accordingly, the respondent is enjoined upon to follow the timelines, as given in the Office Order dated 22nd July, 2026.
