JUDGMENT

1. After arguing the matters for some time, Mr. Avijit Patnaik, learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought leave to withdraw these petitions with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, if so advised.

2. Leave and liberty as sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail such remedy as may be available in law. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
