JUDGMENT
1. It is pointed by way of this application that the judgment dated 11.11.2025, passed by this court in W.P.(C) 5080/2024 & connected matters (of which contempt is alleged in the present proceedings), has been stayed by the Supreme Court vide order dated 12.03.2026 in SLP (C) NO. 7533/2026. The said order passed by the Supreme Court reads as under:
2. The aforesaid order passed by the Supreme Court is taken on record.
3. In the circumstances, since the matter is now pending before the Supreme Court and the aforesaid interim order is in operation, there is no rationale for keeping the present contempt petition pending.
4. The present application and the contempt petition itself, stand disposed of.
5. Needless to say, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file afresh if warranted, depending upon the final order passed by the Supreme Court.
6. The date already fixed i.e. 16.07.2026, stands cancelled.
