After some hearing, Ms. Dwivedi seeks leave to withdraw this appeal, submitting that she would move an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge seeking direction to the respondent to furnish an appropriate security, as she has a stay in her favour in the Section 34 proceedings directed against the Arbitral Award.
