JUDGMENT

1. It is conceded during the course of hearing that the arrears of maintenance have been paid by the respondent to the petitioners. It also transpires that the respondent is paying an amount of Rs.45,000/- per month to the petitioners in terms of the order dated 06.09.2023 passed by this Court in the present proceedings. However, the only outstanding grievance of the petitioners is that the aforesaid amount of Rs.45,000/- per month is being made in an irregular and erratic manner.

2. In the circumstances, it is directed that the respondent shall pay the said amount of Rs. 45,000/- within the first 15 days of the month.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent agrees to the aforesaid. He assures and undertakes that the said amount shall be paid on a regular basis and there shall be no delay in payment with regard thereto. CONT.CAS(C) 105/2023
