JUDGMENT

1. This is an application filed by the respondent / Union of India (UOI) seeking early hearing. CM APPL.30265/2026 (early hearing)

2. Considering the averments made in the present application, the same is allowed and CONT.CAS(C) 638/2025 is taken up for hearing today itself.

3. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that necessary compliance with the directions contained in the order dated 21.11.2024, passed in W.P.(C) 16151/2024 (of which contempt has been alleged in the present petition) has been made by the respondents. As such, the grievance of the petitioner stands satisfied. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Considering that the necessary compliance/s has been made by the respondents, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

6. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of in the above terms.

7. The date already fixed i.e. 03.08.2026 stands cancelled.
