JUDGMENT
1. This review petition has been filed pursuant to liberty granted by the Division Bench of this Court on 22 May 2023 in LPA 116/2020[1].
2. Mr. Gupta, learned Counsel for the petitioner, very fairly states that the Review Pet. 56/2020, filed by other petitioners in WP(C) 344/2019, stands dismissed by this Court vide judgment dated 10 April 2026 and that his client is identically situated.
3. Accordingly, we condone the delay in filing the review petition Mukesh Gupta & Ors v. Delhi Development Authority & Ors REVIEW PET. 172/2023 and dismiss the writ petition following our order dated 10 April 2026 in the Review Pet. 56/2020.
