JUDGMENT
1. The present petition alleges wilful disobedience of the directions contained in the order dated 23.03.2026, passed in W.P.(C) 3682/2026. The said order reads as under:

In view of the only prayer made by the petitioner in the writ petition, we direct that the Standing Screening Committee of the Respondent/CISF at CISF Headquarters, New Delhi shall decide the correctness/antecedents of the documents produced by the petitioner within six weeks from today and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
5. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that necessary decision has not been taken by the Standing Screening Committee of the respondent/ CISF thereby resulting in wilful disobedience of the aforesaid directions.
3. Issue notice.
4. Learned counsel, as aforesaid, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. He submits that the requisite decision has been taken by the Standing Screening Committee of the respondent/CISF and the matter is currently pending with the Competent Authority.
5. It is submitted that once the necessary approval is accorded by the Competent Authority, the decision shall be intimated to the petitioner.
6. It is assured and undertaken that the same shall be done latest within a period of two weeks from today.
7. Taking the aforesaid statement on record, the petition is disposed of.
