JUDGMENT
1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. CM APPL.32250/2026 (Exemption)
2. The application stands disposed of.
3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience/ non-compliance with the directions contained in the orders dated 06.04.2026 and 27.04.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 4169/2026. The said orders read as under:- Order Dated 06.04.2026 Order Dated 27.04.2026
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner has not been considered by the respondents.
5. Issue notice.
6. Learned counsel, as aforesaid, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
7. Considering the circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order thereon. Let the same be done within a period of two weeks from today.
8. Further, the respondents are directed to release the outstanding salary of the petitioner as may be due and payable.
9. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
