ORDER
1. The present Corrigendum is being issued pursuant to an Application, being I.A. No. 16500/2026, having been filed in the captioned matter. The captioned Petition came to be disposed of vide Judgement dated 14.05.2026.
2. It has been brought to the notice of the undersigned by way of the Application, being I.A. No. 16500/2026, that the Judgement dated 14.05.2026 inadvertently does not record the appearance of learned Senior Counsel Mr. Anil K. Airi, along with certain associates, who had appeared on behalf of the Respondent.
3. Accordingly in view of the Order passed by the undersigned in I.A. No. 16500/2026 on 06.07.2026, the said inadvertent error stands rectified, and the appearance for the Respondent shall be updated in the following manner: “Mr. Anil K. Airi, Sr. Adv. along with Mr. Aslam Ahmed, Mrs. Bindiya L. Airi, Mr. Ravi Krishan Chandna, Harsh Gautam, Jasmin Sokhi, Sadhna Sharma, Ankita Sharma and Abhishek Dwivedi, Advocates for the Respondent”
4. This Order be uploaded as corrigendum to the Judgment dated 14.05.2026.
