JUDGMENT

1. After some hearing, Mr. Sharma, learned ASG, prays that the Tribunal may be directed to treat this writ petition and the assertions and submissions contained therein as an application seeking vacation/modification of the order dated 15 April 2025 under challenge in the present proceedings.
2. Ms. Wad, learned Senior Counsel for the respondent is W.P.(C) 6595/2026 agreeable to such course of action, albeit without prejudice to all contentions which she may be entertained to advance by way of opposition to the request for vacation of stay.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the dispute and reserving liberty with the parties to advance all submissions of fact and law as may be available, we dispose of this writ petition with a request to the Tribunal to treat the present writ petition as an application for vacation/modification of the order dated 15 April 2025, which forms subject matter of the present writ petition.
4. Needless to say, the Tribunal would proceed with the matter in compliance with the principles of natural justice and after providing an opportunity to both sides.
5. To expedite matters, we direct the parties to appear before the Tribunal on 22 May 2026. Neither side would be entitled to seek an adjournment from the Tribunal on the next date.
6. Given the concerns expressed by the learned ASG, we request the Tribunal to deal with the matter as expeditiously as possible.
7. The writ petition is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms.
