JUDGMENT

1. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the respondents has handed over an Action Taken Report which was prepared pursuant to the directions contained in the order dated 16.01.2026 passed in the present proceedings. The same reads as under:

2. It is assured and undertaken that apart from the aforesaid steps which have been taken, appropriate orders with regard to the revised pension of the petitioner shall also be passed within a period of six weeks from today.
