1. After some hearing, Mr. Tandon, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition as he submits that he intends to move the Central Administrative Tribunal by way of a contempt petition.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of any such contempt petition if filed, we dispose of this writ petition granting liberty as aforesaid.
