JUDGMENT
1. After some hearing, it is agreed that the petitioner would file a response to the Show Cause Notice (SCN) dated 08.05.2026 and would also appear for any hearing that may be scheduled by the concerned Engineer Incharge, who has issued the said SCN.
2. It is agreed that the reply shall be filed within a period of seven days from today and a hearing, if any, shall be scheduled by the Engineer Incharge thereafter.
3. Final order that may be required to be issued on the said SCN, after CONT.CAS(C) 879/2026 consideration of all aspects of the matter, shall be deferred till conclusion of the proceedings before the DRC.
4. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
