1. The amount of Rs. 3.[5] Lakhs as directed vide order dated 29.04.2026 has been paid by the respondent.

2. In the circumstances, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition at this stage. The same is accordingly disposed of.

3. Needless to say, all rights and contentions of the parties in other proceedings are expressly reserved.

4. The respondent who is present in Court submits that he shall appear diligently in the concerned Court which is seized of the divorce proceedings and shall cooperate for the expeditious disposal thereof. The said statement is taken on record.
