3. After some hearing, the petitioner confines to seeking that the proceedings before the Ld. Commissioner under the Employees’ Compensation Act, 1923 in Claim Petition No. ECD/ 152/OND/2026

4. Considering the same, the concerned Labour Commissioner who is seized of the aforesaid proceedings, is requested to expedite the same and make an endeavour to conclude it within a period of six weeks from today.

5. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
