JUDGMENT

1. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 enters appearance. He informs that a settlement has been arrived at with the petitioner.

2. He submits that the necessary materials such as solar panels, are in the process of being lifted from the premises of the petitioner. He assures and undertakes on instructions that the amount paid by the petitioner to the respondent no.2 shall be duly refunded latest within a period of ten days from today.

3. Taking the aforesaid statement on record and binding the respondent no.2 thereto, the petition is disposed of.
