JUDGMENT
1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging wilful disobedience/non-compliance with the directions contained in themorder dated 25.04.2026 passed in LPA No. 654/2025. The operative directions therein are as under: CONT.CAS(C) 985/2026
2. It transpires that the necessary calculation has not been intimated by the respondent to the petitioners within the time period stipulated in the aforesaid order.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice today, that the respondent is in the process of taking legal recourse against the aforesaid order dated 25.04.2026 by filing an SLP in the Supreme Court. Admittedly, the SLP has not been filed yet, much less has any interim order/s been granted by the Supreme Court.
4. After some hearing, it is agreed that the respondent shall duly intimate the concerned amount to the petitioner which is required to be deposited by the petitioner in terms of the Regulation 3(3)(c) of the Pension Regulations, 1995, within a period of 2 weeks from today.
5. Thereafter, unless any order/s are passed by the Supreme Court which obviates compliance with the directions contained in the aforesaid order dated 25.04.2026, the payment of family pension including the arrears thereof shall commence as contemplated in Paragraph 17 of the aforesaid judgment dated 25.04.2026.
6. The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
