JUDGMENT

1. After some hearing, Ms. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners seek leave to withdraw this petition as she submits that she would avail the liberty granted by the Tribunal vide para 2 of the impugned order dated 13 January 2026 passed in MA 8/2025 in O.A. 1959/2016.

2. Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid.

3. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
