1. After some hearing, it is agreed as under: i. the outstanding maintenance amount payable by the husband/ Ankit Sharma to the wife/ Prachika Lochan Gupta, which is to CONT.CAS (C) 1174/2025 & CONT. CAS(C) 608/2026 the tune of Rs.8,00,000/- shall be deposited in this Court, in four monthly installments of Rs. 2,00,000/- each. ii. the first of the aforesaid installments shall be deposited on 1st iii. The aforesaid amount shall be kept in an interest bearing FDRs. Appropriate orders for the release of the aforesaid amounts, shall be passed on the next date of hearing. June, 2026. The subsequent installment/s shall be deposited on the first day of the succeeding month. iv. Upon deposit of the first instalment on 01.06.2026, the wife/ Prachika Lochan Gupta shall afford visitation of the child to the husband/ Ankit Sharma on 1st, 3rd and 4th v. The visitation shall take place in the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre between 11:00 AM and 01:00 PM, in the presence of a child counsellor. Saturday of every month.
