JUDGMENT
1. After hearing learned Counsel for the parties, learned counsel ad idem agree to a disposal of this writ petition by setting aside the order dated 8 May 2026 in RA 57/2026 and remanding the RA for a consideration afresh by the Tribunal after hearing the parties.
2. We are making it clear that we have not expressed any view on the merits of the contentions advanced in the RA and it would be open for the Tribunal to take a view one way or the other. W.P.(C) 7873/2026
3. In order to expedite matters, let the parties appear before the concerned Bench of the Tribunal on 6 July 2026.
4. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
