JUDGMENT
1. In view of the fact that the dispute between the parties stands settled in mediation vide settlement agreement dated 27 March 2026, nothing survives for adjudication in the appeal.
2. Mr. Abhinav Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal.
