JUDGMENT

1. Learned Counsel for the appellants acknowledges the fact that the impugned judgment and decree dated 13 February 2025 in CS (Comm) 487/2023 under challenge in this appeal has been complied with and the execution proceedings filed by the respondents have also been disposed of.

2. In that view of the matter, we see no reason to continue to retain this appeal on the Board of this Court.

3. The appeal is disposed of as having become infructuous. RFA(COMM) 424/2025

4. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

5. All issues of fact and law are, therefore, left open to be agitated in an appropriate proceeding.
