JUDGMENT

1. There has been no appearance on behalf of the petitioner after 2 August 2010, that is, for the past 15 years.

2. We directed court notice be issued to the petitioner. However, the notice has been returned with the remarks that no such person resides at the address provided in the petition.

3. In the circumstances, we have no option but to dismiss this petition for default and non-prosecution.
