JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Ashish Dixit, learned CGSC for the Union of India, after some arguments, is agreeable to disposal of the writ petition with the direction to the Tribunal to either decide the OA 4549/25 or to take a decision on the continuance of the interim order which has been passed on 18 December 2025 on the next date of hearing which is 16 July 2026.

2. We request the Tribunal, therefore, to preferably take up the OA itself for disposal or in case it is impossible to do, to hear learned W.P.(C) 4368/2026 Counsel on the aspect of continuance of the interim order dated 18 December 2025 on that date and take a decision thereon.

3. It is made clear that neither side would take an adjournment before the Tribunal on the next date of hearing.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
