JUDGMENT

1. In view of the fact that the disputes between the parties stand resolved by way of settlement through the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the dispute in this appeal does not survive for consideration. He seeks to withdraw the appeal. He is permitted accordingly. RFA(COMM) 547/2024

2. CM APPL. 22367/2026 stands allowed. The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

3. Pending application also stands disposed of. CM APPL. 22371/2026 (for release of the amount)

4. By this application, the appellant seeks release of the amount of ₹20,22,125/- deposited with the Registry of this Court along with interest which may have accrued thereon. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.

5. Accordingly, let the said amount be released to the appellant on the appellant approaching the Registry in that regard.

6. The application is disposed of.
