JUDGMENT

1. This application seeks expedited hearing of WP(C) 15762/2025 which is presently listed on 17 August 2026.

2. Mr. Shrikant Prasad, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that he is agreeable to withdrawing the writ petition without any adjudication of the issues in controversy raised therein, provided the Central Administrative Tribunal[1] is requested to take a decision in MA 823/2026 on 20 April 2026, on which date it is listed. W.P.(C) 15762/2025

3. Accordingly, we request the Tribunal to decide MA 823/2026 on 20 April 2026.

4. In view of the statement made by Mr. Shrikant Prasad, the writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.

5. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of any of the issues at which the parties may be on dispute.

6. The application and the writ petition are disposed of.

7. The next date of hearing, i.e., 17 August 2026 stands cancelled.
