JUDGMENT

1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience/ non- compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 09.01.2026 passed in W.P.(C) 276/2026.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the statutory appeal dated 17.02.2025 submitted by the petitioner [with regard to which directions were issued on 09.01.2026 in W.P.(C) 276/2026] shall be duly considered and a reasoned order shall be passed disposing of the same.

3. Let the same be done within a period of eight weeks from today.

4. Let all the contentions raised by the petitioner in statutory appeal dated 17.02.2025 be specifically dealt with.

5. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
