JUDGMENT

1. The present petition alleges wilful disobedience of the directions contained in the order dated 16.12.2025, passed in W.P.(C) 19015/2025. The operative directions therein are as under:

“2. In view of the aforesaid, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present petition by directing respondent no.1/DCB to decide representations of petitioner dated 14th May 2025 [Annexure P-7] and 11th November 2025 [Annexure P-8], within a reasonable time and, in any case, within a period of 12 weeks from today.”

2. Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits that during a meeting of the Town Vending Committee (TVC) held on 17.04.2026, the representation of the petitioner was duly considered and a decision has been taken.

3. It is assured and undertaken that the same shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week from today.

4. As such, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of.
