JUDGMENT

1. On its being pointed out to him that there is no continuity between the last line on any page of the impugned order and the first line on the next page, Mr. Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with the appropriate copy of the impugned order.

2. Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
