JUDGMENT
1. Though the appearance of Mr. Garg, learned Senior Counsel is recorded for the petitioner in this writ petition on the last date of hearing, Mr. Garg submits that he had appeared for Respondent 4 in this petition.
2. Accordingly, it appears that, since several dates, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. Garg submits that in fact the petitioner had retired from service and is probably not interested in prosecuting the matter. WP(C)7204/2024
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for default and nonprosecution.
