JUDGMENT
1. The present petition alleges contempt / wilful disobedience of the order dated 30.08.2022, passed by ADJ-05 (SW), Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in CS No.808/2022.
2. It transpires that the civil suit is still pending consideration.
3. In the circumstances, assuming there has been any wilful disobedience of the interim order during subsistence thereof, it is open for the petitioner to agitate the said aspect in the ongoing civil proceedings, and seek appropriate directions. CONT.CAS(C) 1103/2023
4. Considering the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present contempt petition.
5. The same is accordingly, disposed of. However, the right of the petitioner to raise any plea as may be permissible under law, in the ongoing civil proceedings, is reserved.
